What is your return policy for Rings?
It's so important for a ring to fit just right. You can return any ring purchase (in new, unworn condition) for any reason. For US customers, I will send you a return shipping label. For international customers, you may need to cover shipping costs. Reach out to me, and we will see what we can do.
What is your return policy for all other pieces (non-rings):
You can return any item that has a defect, or is materially not as described. I will send you a return mailing label for any US purchases that have issues. Item must be in new, unworn condition.

Unfortunately, no. I am a single person operation, and do not have the ability to accommodate returns for more capricious reasons. If you regularly return or exchange a high percentage of what you purchase, then I am likely not a good fit for you.
All in stock items will be mailed within 3 business days -- in most cases sooner.
