Stone options for Ring

#1: Australian Boulder Opal
#2: Ethiopian Welo Opal (Rosecut)
#3: Australian Boulder Opal
#4: Australian Boulder Opal
#5: Australian Boulder Opal (See below)
#6: Australian Boulder Opal (See below)
#7: Australian Boulder Opal (See below)
Numbers 1, 3 & 4 are boulder opals that include the stone "matrix" in which they have been formed. This makes them stronger for rings. Number 2 is a more typical opal. Fragile, but lovely. After I initially posted these, I went back and added the smaller stones below (5-7).
See below for more views and close-ups. Number 2 looks best on black, so there is a photo of that below as well. (I would set it on black.)

Once we determine which main stone you would like, we can discuss adding side or accent stones.
Sizes

With my hand (and a quarter) for reference so you can see how large they are. If you want something smaller, I have smaller opals as options as well -- I added those below.

Smaller stones

Some smaller stones. They were so difficult to photograph, I shot short videos to capture their flash.
